was founded to provide experienced process,
mechanical and control Engineering to its clients in the

Francoeur Engineering has a proven track record of successfully engineering and managing numerous projects in the process, chemical, and landfill industries. Specific areas of expertise include: • batch reactor plant design• resins manufacturing • landfill gas processing • sulfur control technologies • gas and solid waste incineration • environmental permitting • plant cost estimating • engineering and construction project management Chris Francoeur is a registered chemical engineer with over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He has successfully designed, worked on and/or started up numerous projects in batch chemical plants, gas processing operations, industrial wastewater treatment systems, chemicals storage and transfer systems, and powder processing facilities. Through hands-on involvement in his projects, Mr. Francoeur has developed a strong reputation for detail and cost efficiency. In order to provide a full range of engineering disciplines for clients and their projects, Francoeur Engineering works closely with a select group of independent engineering professionals whose electrical, civil and structural engineering skills complement those of Francoeur Engineering.
